MORRISVILLE, N.C., October 29, 2021 – The Triangle Business Journal (TBJ) has named Nuovo as one of the 50 fastest-growing companies in the Triangle (Raleigh-Durham-Chapel Hill) region for 2021. This recognition comes from the Fast 50 Awards program, a list compiled by TBJ to honor 50 of the fastest-growing private companies in the area. Nuovo took the number 14 spot on this list, ranking among some of the leading companies in central North Carolina.
Nuovo has seen significant growth since 2019 when the company opened a new manufacturing facility in Pittsboro, NC and a new design center in Carlsbad, CA. The company is following a strategic plan to sustain this growth, which includes bringing on new team members, building out manufacturing operations, and adding physical locations. When asked about these plans, Nuovo’s Chief Financial Officer, Kevin Miller, shared, “Nuovo will continue to aggressively bring on top-notch talent. Within the next two years we have plans to open design centers in Chicago, New Jersey, and Ireland. The steady growth in the Design & Development side of our company will afford us the ability to reach manufacturing capacity in Pittsboro, and further scale our manufacturing operations with additional investments in a Tijuana, Mexico plant.”
